How long does it take to start?

About a week. We set up your courts, hours, price bands, memberships and coaches together on one call, then your front desk starts booking on the grid. There is nothing to install — it runs in the browser on any laptop, tablet or phone.

How do players book us through the app?

Your free court hours appear in the PlaySpot player app. A player picks a club, a court and a time, sees the price your bands set and books. The booking lands on your grid instantly, marked as coming from the app.

What stops two groups booking the same court?

The grid itself. A court can hold one booking at a time, so an overlapping booking — from the desk or the app — is refused before it's made. Closed hours and courts under maintenance can't be booked either.

Can we keep different prices for peak hours and weekends?

Yes. Price bands are set by weekday or weekend and by hour, separately for indoor and outdoor courts. Every booking takes the price of its band; a training adds the coach's fee on top.

We have several clubs. Does that work?

That's what it was built for. One login switches between clubs, All clubs shows the network side by side, and each club keeps its own courts, prices and team. Owners, managers and reception each see what their role needs.

How do payments work?

Every booking is paid or unpaid, by cash or card. The desk marks it paid in one tap, and the dashboard keeps one list of what's still to collect. Online payments in the app are on the way.

Is our data ours? Can we leave?

Yes. Your clubs, clients and bookings are yours — we don't sell data and we don't take a commission on court bookings. If you leave, we hand your data back and delete it from our side.
